I ordered my daughters birthday presents online. They never arrived, failed to contact me back after leaving several voicemails on their number (Which they will not answer no matter what time of day you ring)
I then recieve a generic email giving me zero information on the status of my order.

Absolute Shocking customer service, still haven't received my order, nor a refund and my daughters birthday as now passed.

I contacted Schleich to enquire if any spare parts were available for a horse playset which had become damaged. The Customer Service department in Germany were absolutely brilliant. Very helpful & professional. Fantastic customer service!
