I attended an appointment in regards to my ongoing poor mental health where I was unfortunately left to feel like a burden, waste of time and like my feelings&emotions were not valid. I was seen by Vidette, a supposed mental health nurse. I was treated appallingly and left with no further support or anywhere to turn to after confiding in her about very personal issues. I left the surgery in tears and feeling worse than I did before I came in. Your mental health services really need addressing, my heart would be broken if anyone else experienced this.

There is one woman called Clare who works on the phones and she is absolutely awful. You ring the practice for help and advice and come off feeling worse. I had the phone put down on me because I called her out for being rude and asked if I could speak as she wouldn't let me explain my situation. This surgery used to be so lovely and friendly I really don't know what's happened. Sad.

Staff are all lovely and helpful, booking and reordering prescription online is a godsend.

Yes appointments maybe only available far ahead but if an emergency they will do their utmost to see you! I like the fact that you an book a telephone appointment or see a nurse practitioner too for routine appointments. Lots of options for the computer savvy 😁

Honestly the worst surgery I have ever had to deal with. The “online” system needs a massive overhaul. It in theory should shorten wait times but does the opposite. Don’t try call as those hold times are worse. I feel for those who are not tech savvy they must really be feeling no love at all.

Brilliant surgery! May take a while to get an appointment and they may be running late sometimes, but this is probably because they take time to listen to you. The receptionists are extremely polite, helpful and discreet. If you are really ill, they bend over backwards to fit you in that day. Thoughtful, reassuring care.

One particular memeber of the reception staff are extremely rude and patronising. They really should not be in that position if they cannot be pleasant and kind. The rudeness and unprofessional attitude is not a one off with this particilar member of staff, it has happened on several occassions and not just with me. The schoohouse surgergy used to be such a welcoming place but alot of the time now it is cold and unfriendly.

Best GP service I've ever been to. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. The GP was the nicest I've ever spoken to and really listened rather than trying to shuffle you off.
