was after a TVR which fir some reason had odd sizes, went to a plumbing merhant prior to coming here where I thought would have a better understanding of what I needed, alas, no. the lasy at SCREWFIX, Emma I beleive her name was, was patient, listened and nothing was to much for her, did her best to try and help me out, as it happens the parts she gave me worked a treat, excellent service and all with a smile as well, top marks, thank you

Always friendly and helpful, not usually long to wait if you avoid busy times i.e early morning and lunch times. Prices are about average or just above. Have used click and collect quite a few times with order ready quickly(as long as its in stock) and no hassle collecting, just give order number and confirm card.

Ordered item on click and collect with no problem at all. There was a flaw with item so had to return following day. Refund and exchange sorted quickly by friendly staff. Due to current restrictions be prepared to queue. 2 customers only allowed in premises.

I would personally like to say that I have visited this store for various items throughout the week and the friendly, chatty, informative and professional manner is outstanding at this store.
Nothing is too much trouble when assisting clients in this "unusual way of ordering and collecting your goods' at present due to the covid 19 restrictions

I also visited the other store in the Barnsley area that were also giving a 5 * service
