Well Screwfix usually does a good job but over the last week I've been trying to get from them the correct sized joist hangers but there is something seriously wrong with their system as they keep supplying the wrong size. To be fair the local staff at Bicester handled the complex issue well and refunded all my money and they were scratching their heads too. Order the correct size and the wrong size turns up multiple times. Hey ho but now I've got to source elsewhere.

I generally place orders online then collect it from my local store, on the odd occasion where I'm not sure on exactly what I need I've always found the staff too be very helpful in making sure I make the correct purchase
If you place the order online for collection I would recommend installing their app as you can tap the ready to collect tab when you pull up outside the store then someone will go and pick the item which definitely speeds up the process

We came in not quite sure what type of screw we were looking for, and the person behind the counter was so helpful and friendly! He got multiple types of screws out for us to try and helped us find the correct one. He wasn't wearing a name tag but it was 12:00 on Saturday and he had a ponytail - he was fantastic!

Friendly staff who get to know you if you pop in often enough. Quick and easy service making it a go-to place to pick up supplies as you can get back and get on with the job at hand. Free parking outside the store so you can easily pull up and load purchases

This is an excellent Screwfix store, the staff are all very helpful and courteous. I use them regularly for business and find that the stock levels are always very good and very rarely do I have an issue with getting products required the same day. Prices are keen and they have some good deals in store.

View the goods online, if they have then in stock, you can go an immediately pick them up. Not in stock, and their website will let you know the stock levels at a particular branch before you order, you can still place the order, and have the item in the next couple of days.

I have taken to ordering items as I need them, then going to pick up several orders at a time when the need arises. Their system copes with just the one order number and they come back with all the orders. Clever.

COVID 19, even better, excellent service, short queue outside and very quick processing of order. Plenty of parking at the Bicester collection point. Thank you do much for an excellent choice and good selection. I won't be using anyone else.

They have always had stock availability when I needed them. The order online process is clear and efficient with the collection process just as easy to use. They might be a few quid more than another outlet however I would chose Screwfix, every time.
