Love this shop.
So helpful and everything has always been in store ready to collect.
The staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. They help advise when they can and nothing is too much trouble.

Went into an empty shop bar 1, knew exactly what I wanted asked counter staff for this, I asked should I look though the book for it got a sarcastic answer from male staff say that the other customer was doing rhe right thing and looking in book, will shop elsewhere
Well thought u would try them again today 20/02/24 got the same attitude from Ryan the manager he needs some lessons in customer service.
Eventuallyanaged to get a refund.

Went to branch at stairfoot in Barnsley what a difference ! Great service thank you John!!

Went in and is probably one of the worst experiences of a screwfix.
Nobody interested in serving and the store was empty.
If the assistant cracked a smile I'm sure her face would have cracked.
Only went here because was the only local branch that had the item I needed

The 'Argos' style is great if you pre order but if popping in for something it takes longer than it being on a shelf. Also not sure why they always need so much personal data from me when I just want something such as a drill bit.

Staff only bothered if you have clicked and collected. Only one lane open for walk in and had a 25 min wait. Staff could have easily helped but more bothered with pre orders.

Just been to collect a new Jet Washer and the customer service was outstanding. Excellent organisation due to covid safety measures. The guy outside on the monitor kept us informed as we waited. Great example of how to shop safely !! Well done Screwfix.

As you come to expect from screwfix you can pretty much find most DIY tools and materials. As a plumber I visit my local screwfix store on a weekly basis and with the exception of one visit I’ve always found the staff to be friendly, helpfulI and always offer me a coffee ( maybe I look like I really need it or perhaps they’re just be nice 🤔 I do need it tho really) I don’t ever recall seeing the store untidy. I’m on my way there now I wonder if they’ll have any coffee going?
