Always a really good experience. Looks clean and tidy and super friendly and helpful staff! The guy with the beard who helped us today was super patient and he really persevered to help us find the item we were looking for. His smile never faltered and he made us feel comfortable. The best customer service! Staff are very engaged and doing everything they can to find the best product for you. Big shout out to lady and gentlemen form the afternoon shift on 21st of October! If a builder, handyman … with demolition knowledge looking for breaker instead off picking expensive brands cost more then £1k and normally not used more them couple times a year on projects then this is the product most economical.

I had to take back a Small Torch 🔦, it's rechargeable and very bright 🌞, useful when walking my dog 🐕. Well after only 4 weeks it's not working 😢 😕. So they are sending me a new one, which is good ,but I was given a coupon for inconvenience, 10% off, if I buy something else for £100,I don't think this is much of a motivation to go there, although the shop is local and gives good service, I am very unlikely to spend £100.

Look for item and pay anywhere anytime. Take your item by yourself or have delivered. Quality items only. Good service if you go by yourself. Whole service in shop (in my case it was to take the items I did order day before) was less than 1 minute. This is the way I like to do shopping.
