Great range, great price & excellent staff

what a joke there policy is for click and collect, I ordered 3 items for click and collect 10/6/23 Got the text to say it was ready for collection arrived and need to buy and extra item which I ordered and paid, the manager checked the number on my text took my payment and collected my order and paid item so far all good, I left and then remembered I needed jigsaw order and paid on my phone then got the text so I returned showed the staff member my phone and she went to collect then asked for my ID which all I had was my phone which stores my cards so I do not carry them anymore, I said about the word you're asked for and that does not count the last four digits on my card were not good enough? by then I'd had enough and they gave me refund using my Phone. You can not make this up

Needed a replacement toilet seat urgently late on a Monday night recently and bought the first one available. It was too big for the smaller modern pan of the toilet we have but upon returning it, the branch manager searched Tool Station and B&Q before ordering me a new better wooden one to the measurements I gave and it was DPD delivered within 24hrs. Returned the one bought on Monday for a refund with no issues. Helpful staff and great advice.

Love Screwfix. Great prices and good selection of tools and materials for trade and DYIers alike. The only downside is that you can only see a photo in the catalogue and not the actual item. Staff is very helpful though and if you want to see something before buying they will bring it to you. And returns are very straightforward too!

I'm a 53 year old man who has a house and a garden. Screwfix is heaven, online, catalogue, flyers through the post. I can't get enough of it.
Update: still loving screwfix. And there's more people working there than ever and that brings better service. Other shops should take note. I had to look for staff in M&S the other day just to pay!

Wide range of stock, and if you are unsure of what you need the staff will help you choose. But I would recommend checking online for stock availability particularly if you need more than one of the same item. If out of stock, it will be there next day, and they send you a text first. So you know your order is ready.
