What absolutely shocking service. On Wednesday last week ordered a £59 item Click and Collect. By today Monday, had still not received the SMS to collect the item. Had messaged me that would be ready by the Thursday. Went into the Guildford branch to find out where the item was Was kept waiting for more than half an hour, to be told they didn't know and couldn't refund my money, must come back as their head office was investigating it.

Better value than B&Q (but check Toolstation too). Always "Click and Collect" to save time but why isn't there a priority queue for this when the store is busy?

Covid regulations are in place, 2m markings on floor, screens etc. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Very quick service, dedicated parking outside.

Nice new place, helpful friendly staff, but I went to the old location in Woodbridge Meadows as their website shows them as still being there, but it is rubble now, but they had what I needed at a great price, can't ask for more. ?

Twice I went here to collect an internet order and both times the two different members of staff were rude and abrupt and not people people, one older woman and one young male. Made to feel like an inconvenience. To reiterate this is the branch on the Guildford Industrial Estate not the branch by Guildford Royal Mail.

The staff were very courteous and helpful. One item I ordered was out of stock and they recommended an alternative which I purchased. All in all I would recommend screwfix to others
