Emersion heater power switch blew on afternoon before New Year’s eve. Every electrician I tried to contact was not back until 3 days later so decided I had to replace it myself. Great help from Jon in choosing the right switch for the job. Knowledgable, Polite & professional.

Always good, prompt, good stock, quick service and always a good price with some sales prices from time to time. You can also order ahead online which speeds things up. My go to place. Not good if you want to browse around but you can do that online now anyway.

First time ever to Screwfix this evening. Really impressed. Friendly staff who were very helpful and welcoming. Very clean and tidy reception area. I would now only go somewhere else if Screwfix does not stock the item I required. In short, an excellent high quality customer focused service 👍

Lad working the door needs to cool it, bit too keen comes across very hostile. I was the only person at the store and was made to stand here there and everywhere, didn’t know if i was coming or going. Same lad has been like this every time I’ve been, going to take my trade to Toolstation round the corner. Probably advice the lad goes out and gets laid.
