Ordered a pair of work boots on Thursday with same day collection, ordered then it said I had to go in the next day and collect, bit the bullet and accepted it, next day got a text saying it'd then be a day later, and then another text followed the next day saying they had lost my item, ended up having to call them and the lady on the phone was insisting I pay more for a more expensive item or wait until they decided they wanted to get my item in, I don't get how you can ask a customer for more money when you haven't delivered the initial item, really disappointing honestly, I've had to call them again today to be told the item was delivered this morning, yet I got no text or anything, 4+ day wait with no sms, I've lost alot of money this week due to having no work boots and it seems to me they're just not bothered, last time at this screwfix.

After some LED lights that amazon couldn't supply until January 22. I found the price fair as I bought an extra 10 and matched out better. In total I bought 6 boxes rather than 4. The member of staff was brilliant 👏

Bought fan with in next day pick up, got the message from them in the morning its ready to be picked up and when went to the shop They saying its shut coz they fixing the roof. Surely them jobs been planned so at least could let customers know..

Couldnt find my order. Left standing for 30 mins with no communication. Finally asked if i wanted a refund. After complaining to staff was told he didnt know who i was...maybe ask next time and i would answer. Will not be buying from these again. Absolute shambles of a shop. At least 6 people behind counter all with no clue at all

Needed a lot of help, as mother in law who is 83 and got cancer toilet syphon packed up and couldn't get a plumber. The first lady was very good but got another chap who could help me as more experienced . I got what I needed, first class service.

Always pleasant helpful staff, don't always hold as much stock as some other stores which can be frustrating when you have to wait a day or more for what you need. Competitive prices mostly from consumables to tools and equipment. I'm a professional home improvements company and buy loads from here.
