Some idiot parked across the disabled bay, and when questioned the staff the offending driver used the excuse of no one in it, and wouldn't be 2 minutes. Staff disnt say a word to him.
And why the request for details everytime you want to make a purchase. Just take the money, you don't need address phone numbers and emails everytime I want to buy something. You don't get asked that if you buy a loaf of bread in a supermarket
