Very quick, no-nonsense service from a gentleman named Callum. I asked for steel toe cap boots, and was done in 5 minutes maximum.

Great to see wendy back. The trade counter is a shambles without her. She always goes the extra mile to look after you, very chatty and very knowledgeable.
The new assistant manager is also very helpful and goes out of his way to greet you when he's in store. Shame the same can not be said about the manager. Don't think he has spoken once. In fact normally hidden away from sight. The store has gone massively down hill since grant has left. With the exception of wendy. She is great.

Keep going back as it has the stuff I need for all my household projects. Staff are friendly and helpful. Have used the free home delivery service as well for bigger items. Prices are by and large competitive.

Great place for DIY stuff. Well stocked locally and items out of stock can be ordered online and are normally available next day. Click and collect service is very useful for saving wasted journeys.

I have been using Screwfix throughout the Covid-19 period as they offer a great range of products for a very reasonable price. Most importantly the click and collect service is flawless with great Covid precautions taking place upon collection. I would highly recommend to all home owners or trades people.
