So I have just visited the Truro branch and felt that had commend the service I received as ir could habe been a problem bur Rachel the manageress decided that I had a genuine faulty machine and replaced it! No fuss,no bother just common sense applied.Thankyou Rachel.

took back a pair of gloves that were advertised as large but didn't fit (large gloves from competitors do fit). Not interested in the product issue, just that there was some dirt on them. Shopped with them over the years. No more

Screwfix are great. They've got so much in stock, and if it's not kept in store, they'll get it in for you overnight. Their prices are very competitive and they stock tools for every budget, from high end to occasional DIYer. So glad there's one near me!

Very polite member of staff. Nothing was to much of a problem. All Covid protections in place and all very professional.

Downside. Very limited parking.
