Having not needed to buy a new sofa for the past 21 years, we knew finding a new sofa to furnish our newly refurbished living room would prove to be a challenge. However we needn't have worried as Janine at the Stockport store provided an excellent customer service experience! Myself and my wife appreciated Janine's advice, courtesy, hospitality and time extended, which enabled us to make an informed decision, resulting in us buying our dream sofas. We found Janine and the store team to be friendly and there was no pressure whilst we browsed around the showroom. With ScS' current offers, our visit to the Stockport store definitely achieved value for money with our purchase. Happily recommend this store to family and friends, and Janine is a credit to the company.

We were treated with the utmost respect at all times and Wayne was very helpful in showing us various settees during our visit. Having decided on what we wanted it was then a simple job with Wayne making the transition run smoothly.

Have phone many time for up date on a order and been told they will get back to me and no one dose after team not helpful. Having to wait for faulty goods to be sorted out 5 to 7 weeks not good enough

We visited the Stockport store in June, Lance was so helpful. He showed us all the benefits of the La-Z-Boy range and explained our options. He was also happy to change the colour of our order when we went back the next day.

Went in to have a look at some furniture, tables etc and I think it is quite expensive. Over £250 just for a table lamp. Must have put prices up to cover their re-furb and all the staff were wearing pinnies which looked so out of place considering it's a furniture shop!!! Abandon the aprons SCS

Absolutely disgusting company, I bought a snuggle chair 18 months ago and after 10 months the leather on the back of the chair went a funny colour, they replaced it with some obviously inferior leather at 10 months later it has done the same thing, I am now left with it looking a mess as they say it is my husband's hairs fault!!! I will never use this company again.

Just a quick update for SCS: you nearly had a new customer today but luckily I explained how appalling your sofas and customer service is and saved her. When I get onto the subject of sofas with anyone, I always tell them my terrible experience I had with SCS, probably lost you loads of business.
