Sam in the office was so lovely and arranged for Matty to come out and rang me back to let me know he was going to be earlier than anticipated. Matty did a brilliant job sorting out which part my boiler needed, and came back within a couple of days when it was in stock to fit it. First class service by both Matty and Sam, thank you. Steve installed our boiler to a very high standard, attention to detail was excellent ?, Steve checked that every thing was safe and working properly , he took the time to explain how the boiler worked including the portable thermostat and went through all the controls with us. He ensured he cleaned up any mess throughout the install and answered any questions we had. He worked very hard today and we appreciate the prompt service allowing our home to be warm again. We are very happy with Scunthorpe Boilers and the work they have done. We had a full system change which included a new boiler, new pipes and new radiators. We had the job done in 2 stages as we urgently needed the boiler replacing after our shower packed in and after speaking to Steven about the issue he was able to rearrange to fit us in sooner. Steven was more than happy to visit us a couple of times to talk us through the process of the job and to answer any questions we had.
Matty and Stevie came out to us for both stages and we are really happy with everything they have done. They are both professional, friendly and experienced in the work they carried out. We highly recommend.

Great service!
Was booked in for a boiler service 21.10.24, and our boiler decided to stop working the day before. Called on the morning of 21st to make them aware that other work may be needed as it wouldn’t restart. Engineers came out and diagnosed the problem with help from the manufacturer as it wasn’t staying on long enough for an error code to show, and the booklets didn’t have the answer.
We were quoted for the replacement parts and also asked for a quote for a new boiler as we didn’t want to keep spending loads on an old boiler if it kept having issues. We also had other companies out to quote for a new boiler, but these were the cheapest.
We had our new boiler fitted on Saturday 26th which only took 4 hours. We were shown how to use it by the engineer and this morning had the gas safety cert and warranty sent over by Sam in the office all before 10am. Can’t fault them at all.

Great speedy service! Would defo recommend.
Rang Sat lunchtime for boiler repair expecting to wait until following week. Received text to ask how they could help and call re problem. Arrived within the hour and fixed the problem with a new part. Impressive!
