We ordered a Hot tub sun beach Cuba Pro from hot tub mega store about a month ago. It was delivered by Jamie on his own! he installed the tub and set everything up and all we did was make a cup of tea for him.

After the tub was full Jamie went through everything

We love the tub, we have had one previously so had a decent idea but set up the speakers and installed them made sure everything was ok

It's the smaller one but just for me...it's amazing.
The two guys Jimmie and Taj, who delivered last night kept me up to date during the day exactly as promised with their ETA.

I could not recommend the company high enough. I've been looking at the market, visiting local stores and websites over the last year and just kept coming back. The team are first class from start to finish and realised experts in their field. Declan made the sales and advice process exceptionally smooth. His patience and knowledge to support a first time buyer were brilliant. Videos, photos and virtual support was all available when requested. Taj was then in touch to arrange the delivery dates and times. Again, his friendly and supportive approach was exceptional and matched the high standards that had been set. Miles was in touch on delivery day to keep me posted with the arrival time. Unfortunately traffic for a long journey south was not good, but regular updates meant that we were not left waiting. When he installed the tub with his colleague, they were quick and efficient whilst also guiding and answering me through the set up. Due to it being late, he left me clear instructions and his personal number for a follow up call the next day. The following day he was in touch and immediately able to talk us through the final parts. We had an air block on the heat pump (common with our set up) and via video call, he was able to use his knowledge to help complete the set up. I am a complete novice with this stuff and his time and patience again answered the most stupid of questions efficiently and with vast knowledge. Once completed he also called back a few hours after just to check all was good. I would not bother looking anywhere else!

My partner decided to purchase a hot tub so we checked online and found that Scunthorpe Hot Tub Megastore was the best choice by far, we went to the showroom and the customer service was great & the guys did everything to ensure we could get the wheel chair around the showroom as much as possible.
We were informed about the features & benefits of the tubs and completed the order there and then however the great service continued when we took delivery. Ben & Henry were fast, professional, informative and most importantly very easy to talk to - so no questions we had were left unanswered, they even posed in front of their finished product.
We would 100% recommend this family business but it has taken a few days to write this review as we were enjoying our new Hot Tub ?

We bought the 3 person Barbados hot tub .
It was delivered within just 4 days after ordering.
the delivery guys were really efficient at there job .
they got it to the right place in record time .
while it was filling i received instructions on all the important things.
nothing was to much trouble a really great service .
the tub it self we were in that evening and loved it .
its easy to program and operate .and is quite economical.
A great romantic hot tub highly recommended. .

We ordered a Seattle hot tub around two weeks ago from Signature Spas which was delivered by Scunthorpe Hot Tub Hire & Sales. The hot tub was delivered on the day agreed and the delivery person rang to confirm the delivery time. Delivery of such a large bulky item was very impressive, skill fully manoeuvred into an ideal position under our gazebo. A fully demonstration of the Gecko controls were given with a complimentary pack of chemicals to control the water condition. The delivery was very efficient and conscientious taking around 45 minutes. I’d fully recommend Scunthorpe Hot Tub Hire & Sales to any potential hot tub buyers.

I purchased the Triton SE from their website. It was all very easy and fast. I had to wait about eight weeks for delivery, as they were waiting for stock to arrive. When the hot tub was delivered I cannot phrase the engineers enough. They were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the tub. They quickly and efficiently set it up and went through the instructions. Nothing was too much trouble. I’m very happy with my purchase.
