3 of us have just returned from a nothing short of fabulous stay in Sea Air B&B. | |The B&B was easy to find with plenty of parking, We were warmly greeted by Liz and Mark and shown to a newly decorated family room. Tea/coffee making facilities , small fridge for the milk, TV, fresh towels & a hairdryer were amongst the lovely little additions. EVERYTHING was immaculate including the bedding, pillows & mattresses. The toilet, sink and shower have been done to a fantastic standard and again were immaculate. Free WiFi was also available and the sockets had the added bonus of usb slots. There is also plenty of local information provided for anyone new to visiting the area. ||The dining room is spacious, with beautiful decor. Cereals, fruit, toast, orange juice etc are available including decaf coffee and tea (hooray!!) but it has to be said the English breakfast on offer was just superb (especially the eggs!)||We spent some time chatting to the owners (who had us in absolute stitches) , they really cannot do enough for you and nothing is any trouble to them all. They really do make you feel so incredibly welcome and have invested so much into this place. ||There's nothing more to add , it's just OUTSTANDING and we have booked to return again. Lovely weekend break with excellent hosts Mark and Liz. This B and B is in an excellent location between the Village Green and Trench Lane which means it’s close to all amenities. Our room (1) Was at the back of the building with a small shared balcony with a great bathroom. The cooked breakfasts were great with cereals or fruit to start followed by cooked dishes. It was really nice to spend the time chatting with other guests and the hosts which was a valuable source of information about the local area.

Just back from a 2 night stay and had a lovely time. Mark and Liz are so friendly and welcoming, hotel is very clean and tidy, lovely comfortable bed. Breakfast was superb. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. You both have come such a long way from when you started and should be very proud of your achievements. Well done.|Tracy x

Fantastic stay for our holiday weekend. We stayed in a newly renovated room and enjoyed our breakfast! The beach is lovely, and our hosts Liz and Mark really went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The price was very fair. Highly recommended.

Ample parking off road, met by Liz and Mark who were so friendly and full of local knowledge, we were shown to our room which was at the front of the guest house with a small balcony with bistro table and two chairs, ideal for sitting watching the world go by whilst having a cuppa. The room is lovely with an en suite shower room. Breakfast was second to none, I’ve stayed in lots of hotels and B&Bs and this has to be amongst if not the best breakfast. They have a small bar where you can get a drink before you go out, we sat at the bar and had a good chat with Liz and Mark and really enjoyed an hour with them. Plenty of good walks on and off the sea front and lots to see and do during your visit. Overall a lovely clean place to stay with friendly hosts. We have already re booked and will keep coming back.

Hosts Liz and Mark very friendly and welcoming. We stayed for 6 days in room 1, it was very clean and the bathroom was really nice. Breakfast was freshly cooked every morning with a good choice, nothing too much trouble. Ideally situated we will be back

Just returned home from a three night stay, Liz and Mark are the perfect hosts, they go above and beyond to make your stay special. Beautifully refurbished rooms , the breakfast was gorgeous, location is brilliant, nice and quiet but within walking distance to everything, close to the bus stop too . Mark and Liz are such friendly people and welcoming, will definitely be returning soon.
