Considering they supply safety equipment, the side rope on my dinghy fell off on the first day. If I had fallen out of the dinghy and I was relying on the rope to get aboard, I'd have been in big trouble.
Not up to the job in hand, I need equipment I can rely on.
I feel Seago products are not well and cheaply made and will always choose a more reputable manufacture in the future.
I asked for a return but the company because of the rope issue chose not to provide good customer service.

I have just had a minor enquiry about the length of bolts needed to fix the bracket of my new Seago Throwing Line to my pushpit.
The query was dealt with by the Sales Manager personally and within 10 minutes I was offered replacement bolts via my usual supplier.
That's great customer service!
They were already my preferred supplier for lifejackets and harnesses but I will be using Seago again for more.

Excellent customer service from a UK firm. A part broke on my Seago dinghy 6 months after purchase. Seago not only sent me a replacement part free of charge but also sent it out the very next day. Back on the water in 48 hours. Customer service like this is a rare thing. Well done Seago and thanks.
