Communication around delivery has been appalling-or non existent. After no communication since ordering back in April, I was given a 45min delivery window which is completely unsatisfactory for such large items.
Following discussions around this and assurances they would work with me to rearrange delivery, I still wasn't advised of delivery until I chased today, discovering delivery has been planned for tomorrow- less than 24hrs notice. Evri provide better service than this.

Will never recommend this company. Full of promises and excuses. Payment to be paid before the order and the promised of delivery within 8-9 weeks is not happening. Several emails and phone calls, but cannot confirm the delivery date.Until now we are still waiting for the deliver which the order was taken place and paid in February 2022.
This has been finally delivered after 11 weeks after several phone calls. It was much appreciated one of the managers called to guarantee that this will be delivered before 16th May 2022 which I can give only give the 3 star rating.

Prices from 2022 for servicing has increased by £95 per couch!! Will not be using or recommending Seers again as these increases are just not sustainable or a reflection of the service provided!
