Customer service, above and beyond usual expectations. Phil even went to the warehouse to check to confirm goods were what I wanted. Spoke on Friday and placed order at 17.02 online. Order received and on my workbench Tuesday 10.00!! ....and as over £35... FREE delivery. Product exactly as described (and wanted).
Last company I used for the same product...£7.50 delivery and 6 day delivery. No contest who will be future supplier.

This company is a joy to deal with and the staff are incredibly friendly and efficient (Fiona and Hazel). I bought something, which turned out to be the wrong item for me (my mistake). They offered an alternative (which I didn't take up) and then immediately offered me a full refund. Within hours I'd received a returns label, the item was picked up by UPS and the refund applied to my credit card. It's been a very long time since I have come across such excellent customer service, where the focus really is on the customer!

Have been using this supplier since 3M stopped serving small businesses directly. Amazing service, products usually always in stock, and prices are good too.

Ordered some 3507 tape in August and marked as in stock on the website. The wrong tape arrived and after a number of calls they picked up wrong tape though never delivered the correct one. Still waiting 2 months later and no one can tell me when we will receive it. I had to order from Tape2Go which was cheaper so that manufacturing did not stop and received it the next day. Only use this company if really necessary and you can't find what you want elsewhere.

I ordered some 3M Helitape from their online store. When it arrived it was a several centimetres short than what I ordered so I couldn’t use it for my initial purpose and one roll was missing. Furthermore, the roles were cut in a very jagged way so another few centimetres were unusable. I emailed them about this and got response from Harvey Deeks who offered to send a different roll size because the missing one isn’t in stock until August which would have been nice to have known when I placed my order two months before this date. I accepted this as I didn’t want the hassle of sending everything back. However, I have not heard anything from him since and every additional email has gone unanswered. I now have to call my bank to get a chargeback because they are ignoring my emails and scammed me out of my money.

Thank goodness I was referred to Self Adhesive Supplies Reading by the 3M helpline. In short their staff are intelligent, pleasant and really up to speed with their product knowledge - Hazel in particular. Probably the best customer service I have experienced in a decade. Prices are what you expect to pay for the specialised products they stock - (which seems to be vast). A really heart warming experience. Thoroughly recommended without hesitation.

Spoke to a wonderful lady called Hazel.
She was very helpful and managed to assist us with a product, which we had been desperately trying to seek with a long lead time.
Self Adhesive Supplies had the product in stock and we were able to organise a collection, same day.

DON'T ORDER FROM THIS SITE - Ordered tape 3rd November, had to chase many times, said it was posted out again but seems not. They said they would refund end of November, still no refund mid December.
