I am a senior partner in 5 Doctor GP practice In Hounslow West London. My practice has been a customer for Sequirus for many years . Last few years vaccine deliveries to my surgery is getting later and later . Recently i paid by cheque . But I was sent mail to pay by bank transfer . i agreed and requested to send my cheque back to me . But company cashed the cheque as well as i sent bank transfer as requested . ( They took double payment ) I requested for one payment to be refunded . But from customer service beaurocracy are giving rather vague reply , but can not confirm when the money will be refunded to me . I did not expect this from this company. I hope someone higher up in the company takes a notice of this . Dr Raj Singh Clifford Road Surgery Hounslow
