Mike and the team are really friendly and knowledgeable about their products without being pushy. There's also no substitute for being able to visit the showroom and see the products in situ. It enables you to get a feel for the quality of the products, as well as the colours and finishes, something which you can't do online. I think that visiting the showroom gives you confidence in your choice when making this kind of sizable investment for your home.
