Terrible experience to date.
Ordered grass seed worth over £100 for our new build home last year.
It was never posted. I eventually found an email in my spam which said they didn't charge enough postage as the delivery was to Ireland (which it was not, it was to Northern Ireland and the postage was calculated at checkout out based on the postcode) and if I still wanted my order I needed to pay an additional postage charge. As mentioned this email ended up in my spam which then deleted automatically on my phone. I only found this email by change when checking my inbox using the actual email provider website rather than email phone app.
I hold my hands up and say in the middle of a stressful new build I forgot about this order initially as things were arriving all the time and didn't chase this up immediately which maybe I should have. But I didn't think that a company would just not send an item ordered, hold on to the money and now refuse to return phonecalls or emails.
I feel my only way forward right now is to leave a negative review which will hopefully move things forward and get some attention.
I was promised a call back by a girl called Sarah who I was then told was on annual leave. The initial email was send by a member of staff called Ruby. I have replied to emails, send new emails and spoke to the company on the phone at least three times always being promised they would look into it and get back to me.

+++To add further to my review while the company replied three weeks ago to say they would issue a full refund this has still not been received and no attempt to contact me has been made. Not sure where to go from here. They admitted fault yet are still not returning my money. +++

First time using this company and would certainly use again. We purchased our stewardship mixtures from them. Advice was invaluable and delivery very fast. Driver turned up in full uniform and tie. Very nice to see these days.

Would highly recommend for equine feed, supplements, bedding and much more! Lovely family run business that has that feeling to it as soon as you walk in the door. Will was very welcoming and polite, I felt he would have gone above and beyond to ensure I had a good experience whilst I was there. Will was very knowledgable about all of his products and was on offer to advise me on what my horse would benefit from. I know where I will be going for my equine and dog needs from now on.

Popped in here for the first time a few days ago to buy some plants. Lovely shop selling locally made food items to take home, and a range of country themed gift ware. Also an extensive range of country clothing. Friendly and very helpful staff. We bought some good quality container plants, bird seed for our feeders, and a jar of local chutney. Recommend a visit.

We visited the Granary Tea Rooms for coffee and cake. Everything was perfect. Lovely atmosphere, great coffee and service was excellent. A new venture for Shepherds but I'm sure they will do well.

Placed an order with them because their price is really good. Half my delivery came that week but the rest came 3 weeks later by which time I had already used someone else. And I tried to stop the delivery of the delayed items but they still came regardless and I have sent 3 emails and tried to call none have got a response. And now I do not need the seeds so it's a complete waste of money.

Fantastic service. Lovely people. Really busy today when I called but couldn't do enough for me. Delivered my compost after a 12 hour day because they were busy and to save me lifting it. Excellent service and highly recommended. Thank you guys.
