Very friendly staff who always recognise you and really good quality meat and in house products. Steak and kidney puddings are to die for. 30/08/2024. Another visit to the best butchers for miles, still selling the finest meats and home made produce, steak & kidney pudings are still my go for favourites and now the top of the range garlic sausage. Well done Shepley's. 26/11/24 Doing some batch cooking today for the freezer and collected diced pork shoulder, cubed steak 🥩 and best fillet steak and it all looks so good as usual. Thank you Shepley's.

Best butchers for miles around

This is my local butcher and I'm very happy about this. The meat is consistently of a high quality, the staff are friendly and helpful, the range available is good. They also do little extra like pies and sausage rolls, and sell locally produced butter, eggs and cheese. Well worth a visit.

Quality meat, reasonable prices and friendly and welcoming. I visit 4 to 5 times a year and fill my freezer. Homemade burgers and the sausages are a highlight particularly the Gammon and Pineapple ones in the summer. It works out so much more cost effective and Scott has some good offers where you save if you buy more, such as mince, chicken breasts and stewing steak which is great if you like to cook your own meals from scratch. A final note about his deli products too, cheese and homemade sausage rolls, resist if you dare!

Excellent quality meat. Great service. Transferring from my current butchers in Telford to this one in Market Drayton.
(3 sirloin steaks, 5 chicken fillets, 1/2lb fresh ham, 2 Cornish pasties, 3 steak burgers, 10lb bacon, 2lb sausages, 2 large gammon slices all for £50.)
