I recently purchased a hob, oven, extractor fan, and backsplash from Ship It Appliances, and so far, everything has been working perfectly and looks amazing. The equipment not only performs well but also adds a great aesthetic to my kitchen.

The pricing was very competitive, and the quality of the products is impressive. However, I recommend registering your extra warranty online to fully benefit from it. Be sure to complete the details accurately the first time, as making changes afterward can be challenging. I found this out the hard way and had to call their customer service team, who were very helpful in resolving my issue.

Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase and the service provided. Highly recommend Ship It Appliances for their quality products and competitive prices.

I received my chest freezer within three days of ordering online, which was impressively efficient. However, upon delivery, I noticed a deep dent in the front of the unit as shown in photos. It seems like someone handling the item wasn’t too careful. I immediately informed Ship It Appliances via email and their website’s message function, but after seven days, I have yet to receive any response. Very disappointed. 🙁

Ordered a fridge freezer. After i had made the purchase, i read the reviews and felt a little unsure and nervous. Had a little problem, paid for the premium Saturday delivery however friday evening received a msg saying the order will be delivered on Monday! As lines were closed till monday, I didn't have a choice to Q this. Fortunately, we survived the weekend without a fridge freezer! Was a little crazy bit no big deal as the extra delivery charge was refunded right away. There were no issues.

The delivery drivers were ever so polite and helpful, bless them, kept us informed, etc. Very respectful of the property and their conduct.

Absolutely no issues with the purchase, brand new no damage, no second-hand goods, just what we paid for and expected.

Will definitely recommend this company and if need be shop here again.

I bought a mixer tap with over 2 years ago and unfortunately one of the parts has broken. I have contacted them as I wanted to buy a replacement part. They have spoken to the manufacturer and sent me a new spray head free of charge. Brilliant customer service!

The item was sent very quickly but was damaged. It looks like it was damaged not during the transportation but it was a storage issue (see discolouration on the filter). That would mean that it was either not checked before shipping or checked and sent faulty anyway. Still waiting for a response from the Customer services.

I found exactly what I was looking for and it arrived within 48 hours.
Lovely small drinks fridge t replace a much older ( and now faulty) one.
Only complaint I had to add 2 more adjustable shelves.

After a SIA UCG52 Extractor was installed incorrectly by the fitters, I reached out to Abi for assistance. She promptly responded, demonstrating an exemplary level of efficiency and commitment to finding a solution.
Within just 3-4 hours, Abi had addressed the problem as promised, ensuring that the situation was rectified in accordance with the supplier's guidelines. Her approach was not only swift but also filled with compassion and patience—qualities that are all too rare in customer service today.

Abi's active listening skills and genuine concern for my situation made a world of difference. She carefully noted the details, including my concerns about the protruding nails, which she reassured me would not void my warranty. Abi provided a concise explanation on how the fitters could rectify the matter promptly and even sent a PDF of the instructions, which I forwarded to the fitters to ensure they adhered to the installation manual.

A huge thank you to Abi for her outstanding service. Her attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction are truly commendable, and I highly recommend Ship It Appliances because of professionals like her.

Don't order from this company!!! I have purchased through Debenhams - under counter freezer and they sent freezer full of issues- dents, broken clips for shelves. Completely unable to use. Please see photos. I have reported and even got video from delivery - box was opened and completely smashed from the bottom. My installer/handyman couldn't even install it and they literally offered me 5% refund. ? Freezer end up on my driveway ready for the bin. I have purchase another one from b&q and very happy. WASTE OF TIME. AVOID
