So I had the miss fortune of having my wing mirror smashed off this morning. I thought Id pay Sydney Jackson a visit after being good family friends with Thelma. They managed to get a replacement for me there and then! Top class service and they were delightful from start to finish would highly recommended!

This is the absolutely best local garage. We have bought and serviced and fixed our cars here for years. They are incredibly friendly, helpful and always tell you in advance what it is that it will cost, what your options are and what their opinion is (with no pressure to follow that opinion). You would think that they are in an awkward location but they offer to help you get your car to them or to get you where you need to be, with a courtesy car if you need it. A great place. Never leave Google reviews, but felt compelled to after good service.

Visited Sidney Jackson as when purchasing a Ford Ranger supplied by another dealer in the Midlands they forgot to include the locking wheel nut, so I could not replace a damaged tyre.... at no cost Sidney Jackson tried to use their master locking wheel nuts to remove the tyre, to rectify. Admittedly because it was a new model they couldn't do this, but offered advice on how to rectify.

By contrast I first visited my local dealer, Trust Ford in Wilmslow, who's level of service was appalling. Despite being told to drop by over the phone, when arriving at reception I was told I need to book the car in for an entire day for this one minute task. The whole approach lacked common sense or flexibility..... it was akin to a Little Britain "Computer Says no" sketch.

From this experience alone if I was to purchase a new car / truck it is so clear that I would be visiting Sydney Jackson & Sons and not the impersonal, rigid, unhelpful large scale dealer in Wilmslow

In a word - Amazing!

Liam, Nick and the team are fantastic and made the whole process of my new purchase absolutely flawless. Communication was great, nothing was too much bother and they’re all round nice people.
