Just picked up my new Trek Madone SL 7 Gen 8 from the store and I’m very happy with the advice, service and the bike. Jack was phenomenal, great expertise and very supportive throughout the process. If you’re looking for a premium bike I cannot recommend enough simply popping in and speaking to them before you buy. The collection and handover was thorough and seamless with what felt like a mini bike fit to boot.

Updated review: I had an issue with an Orbea Wild as per picture on a brand new bike. Sigma are currently sorting the issue and being very helpful about something which ultimately is very frustrating. Being a long way away from the shop they have helped with finding a ‘close to home’ solution and the communication has been excellent. It is never ideal when something like this happens, but Sigma have done all they can under frustrating circumstances. Recommended for a uk wide purchase on this basis.

A huge thankyou to Andy, who carried out my bike fit session the other day. Blown away by the service.His knowledge and experience is second to none.
I'm not an athlete or competitive rider, but i do commute to work 2 or 3 times a week and now im creeping toward retirement i just wanted to improve my body position so i can pedal efficiently and more comfortably over longer periods.
Some simple tweaks in saddle position/height/angle, bar position/height and foot position are already making for a more comfortable ride.
If anybody is questioning the worth of a bike fit, I can categorically say it's worth every penny.

I've used sigma for a number of years as an online store and have more recently been using their Oakham store for new kit and today, a bike fit. I can't speak highly enough of the staff there..really attentive and great knowledge.

Andrew who did the bike fit today is brilliant. Years of experience and it shows. He took the time to understand my riding style and goals and made some adjustments that I know will give me massive improvements on the road.

Worth stating that I'm by no means a competitive rider and went for the fitting to improve comfort over distance and injury prevention..it's not just for the pros!
