Absolute legends! My mum put a deposit on a car then circumstances changed and we didn't progress - Tom called a few years after this and issued the refund! How very rare for such honesty - -If this is the way they conduct themselves, I would have no hesitation in buying a car from them. BRILLIANT!!!

Booked my 2019 DS3 Forever Edition in for its MOT and to check the heating system which had stopped working. The car was under a DS Used Car Warranty. The MOT was straight forward as was the diagnosis that the heater unit needed replacing. I had brought the T&C's of the Warranty along with me. Soon after returning home I received a phone call to say that the DS3 claim had been accepted and the part ordered. I was kept informed and the car booked in for it to be fitted. Staff were efficient, pleasant and helpful.

As usual, excellent reception and service. My car failed it's MOT on a failed repeater light but they were able to get a replacement by 9 am on the following day. My car was gleaming on collection and they did an excellent job on the wheels and tires (in fact they looked brand new!)

30 not a whisper had my car in your garage with empty promises for 2weeks if you could not mend my car why say you could I need my car asap sp bad all I want is a date it will be done and stick to the date no excuses

I’ve lost count of how many of my cars/vans this garage have looked after for me. Probably all of them.

Went in for my MOT, major service, and a break fluid change this week.

When booking the appointment,
I mentioned that I thought there was a problem with my rear right wheel. It didn’t sound right. They investigated it for me, and fixed the problem.

Great customer service yet again!

I’ll be back soon for some new tyres.
