I was really pleased with the A5 folders delivered yesterday. Stuart was very helpful and quick to return edits on my small piece of artwork (for which there was no charge as I think he said first 15 minutes was free). I approved artwork on the Monday and the folders were with me by Wednesday. The great thing is you can order a small quantity too. Really impressed and when the time comes to reorder, I wouldn’t hesitate. I would highly recommend on this experience. Thank you Simply Folders!

Looking for a company that is affordable, professional, whilst maintaining high levels of quality - Simply Folders are it! I came across Simply Folders a year ago and was very pleased with their helpful and efficient service and the quality of the product. The bespoke folders allow me to present my reports to my clients in a highly professional way. Getting low on stock, I rang them yesterday and my order was delivered today! A5 Glued folders - Great communication and excellent support throughout the porcess with a few different members of their team. Product arrived the other day and looks superb. Such a great finish, look and feel to it. Definitely recommend this business! Thank you Simply Folders!

We ordered A5 custom folders back in April with Simply Folders and spent over £800 with them. When the folders arrived, they had missed the text off one page, which we then saw was in the flap and looked horrendous. We had also asked for matt lamination, which they only did on one side, after sending misleading samples so the folder quality felt very poor.

When contacting Stuart about this, he simply offered us £100 off the folders or a reprint, and when we asked for a refund as we weren't satisfied with the quality we got for the price, he refused. We then asked for a slight change to be made in goodwill and he also refused and tried charging us an extra £130.

We then checked the website and saw that the online cost calculator compared to the invoice they had sent was quite different and they had overcharged us.

We finally got our reprint yesterday, as they were being so stubborn and difficult to work with and they are a different shade of blue!
