DO NOT PURCHASE FROM SIMPLY SOUND & LIGHTING!!! Unless you want to receive second hand previously owned products. I purchased a gigbar move from these guys. Box absolutely battered upon delivery, scratches on the units its self and the casing had rips on the inside!! Was informed by staff that this must have slipped through there b stock products on the suppliers end. Which is a massive lie they have tried to sell me a second hand scratched unit for the same price as if it was brand new. I could probably guarantee you all of the products purchased through simply sound and lighting have been previously owned!!!!

The whole team at Simply Sound and Lighting have been fantastic, especially Joe. I ordered a stand which Yodel damaged in transit and then I ran into some problems with it after a few uses. The team offered to exchange the stand for a better one at no extra cost, arranged for the original stand to be collected, and sent out the new one with next day delivery!
The communication was fantastic the whole way through. I would definitely recommend them.

Item was delivered in the middle of storm BERT and because I wasn't in left outside for over 24 hours,I NEVER give permission for it to be left unattended and if if had been stolen am sure I would be asked to pay for it.The item was damaged most probably because it had been blown all over the place,they asked me to except a 5% discount for the damage which is an insult.They then asked me to return the item at my cost until I pointed out it was there responsible,they then said I needed a printer which at 69 never had one or needed one.in the end I just give up on a discount and said I would keep it,it was 12/15 emails and I couldn't be bothered anymore...........JUST SEEN REPLY......JUST LIKE EVERY OTHER CONTACT WITH THIS FIRM JUST DISMISS MOST OF THE REVIEW AND "VERY" PATRONISING AND NOT A MENTION ABOUT THE DAMAGE AND HASSLE.
