Our architect recommended S&M carpentry as one of the builders to quote on our extension. Mike had great communication and was very comprehensive and professional with his quote so we knew exactly what we were getting without those hidden costs. His quote was very competitive which is why we chose him and he had great vision and ideas we hadn’t thought of when making decisions with our build.

Mike is a perfectionist and his work was meticulous the finished product surpassed our expectations and I don’t think the build would’ve gone as smoothly without him.
