Found myself in a really sticky business critical situation which could have cost my business hundreds of thousands in lost trade if an issue wasn’t sorted. Needed very specific custom fabrication work done in a very short period of time. Sam at SM Engineering was quick to react and appreciating the urgency of the job went out of his way to be on site in the very early hours to get it done in a few days. The work was then assessed by my own health and safety managers who said it was the best fabrication for this function they’d ever seen. Can not recommend this firm enough, the customer is number one and all work undertaken is to a very high standard.
