I don’t usually do reviews, but this shop was a lifesaver. Monitors were showing no signal no matter what I did, so I brought the PC over to get it fixed. They diagnosed the issue in just one day, so I ordered new parts from eBay, and they assembled them quickly too.
The service was really nice; everyone was friendly and knowledgeable, always eager to answer every question I had. Budget-friendly too, as their services are cheaper than other ones you can find in baths.
I really appreciate the help; now I have a fully functional PC I can game with!

Great Service! The guys in the shop were super accommodating when I rushed in with an emergency repair on our work computer. They explained everything, fix it and offered additional support moving forward to stop it from happening again.

As someone with a tech background I rarely if ever go into computer shops. I was however bored and noticed their shop looked very nice and had some new tech on show I thought I'd go look at.

The shop itself was really clean and well layed out. Everything was easy to find and the staff immediately welcomed you and had a good attentive manner.

I decided to ask a few questions in regards to modern pc components as my knowledge is a little rusty having not really gotten the opportunity in recent years to pay attention to all the changes.

The chap I spoke to was very knowledgeable and did answer my questions well. I couldn't however shift the feeling that he was speaking down to me a little as if I wasn't able to understand him. Perhaps this wasnt his intention. I did however feel this way regardless.

My question was pretty simple. I was on an AM4 platform and wanted to upgrade to AM5. His first question was why, I simply answered because of DDR5 ram and the faster technology. He then replied along the lines of stick with AM4 as the jump to AM5 isn't worth it for the money or performance gains. I did appreciate this advice as he clearly wasn't trying to upsell me anything as he clearly could've. Equally his response clearly understood what I use my pc for and therefore didn't need to spend the money for the sake of unnoticeable gains. He then answered a few more of my questions and I overall felt pretty happy with the service.

In conclusion If you're not a technically inclined individual id highly recommend their services. Given the opportunity to upsell me on new tech he didn't and his knowledge was up to date and relevant. A lot of tech shops would take advantage of an individual clearly with money to burn on new tech but they didn't.

Went into store to discuss purchasing a new desktop. Staff listened to our requirement and quickly suggested a product and explained everything about it to us. Purchased the item and went back the following day with our old one so that data could be transferred over. Within 2 hours at the most it was ready to collect. Everything done. Really pleased as needed some advice when got it home. All sorted over the phone no problem at all. Excellent customer service. Definitely recommend. Thanks.

Thank you for sorting out my laptop screen replacement on my Acer. The staff here are lovely and very helpful. I said to the guys in the shop, its was a shop I have walked past many times over the years, but never used untill now. Glad I did. Service with a smile too, which means a lot. My Dell I7 was v poorly with a very slow and unworkable SSD.
Dean and Edward looked after me and put in a new SSD and took the time (of which there was alot due to the slowness of the old one!) to transfer over my important and historic info.
Nice new Windows 11, Norton 360 and a zippy SSD, it’s like new again.
Complete faith in these guys, it’s good to have such a useful shop in Keynsham in amongst all the coffee shops!

Brilliant friendly service. Bought new laptop, printer etc yesterday. All set for me to just connect to power and WiFi. Perfect. Definitely would return in future.
