Amazing experience in the store however when it came to delivery day it was an absolute nightmare. The sofas had different colour legs , they were scratched, ripped looked as they were dragged through the warehouse. Refused the delivery straight away.

The error was made by the sale person ordering wrong colour and texture of sofa I want and they blindly refused to accept. There is no customer service support in dealing with this error and they want more money from you. All they want is sale and everything else became your fault after that although they’re the one who made error in the first place. Very disappointment from a service that provides high quality products.

We have had such an amazing, personalised experience at this Sofology thanks to Olivia. She took time out, despite us coming in late evening to ensure we found the sofas that were perfect for us and our needs. We were not rushed at all and she waited patiently while we made our minds up between two collections. We finally placed our order 1 hour later and they arrived today, approximately 9 weeks after we ordered, and we cannot wait to lay in them all evening! Thank you Olivia, 5 stars for you!

Where do I start, sofa’s arrived damaged. They are after your money try to sell this high quality narrative and once the sale is made all is downhill. We weren't even updated on delivery, had to call in ourselves and after OUR nudge they started calling us back with an aggressive and threatening tone to cancel our order unless delivery is booked ASAP. Fast forward the delivery arrived, bear in mind the delivery men were very gentle. There is damage, poor quality finish (missing foam in areas, wrinkles in sewing, threads hanging off etc)and many stains. Forms were sent to customer service on the 19th April (goods arrived 17th April) with all images and funnily enough gave a quick response (I’m sure this is to ensure rate of response to online queries is high) and then after that it’s been a week and all of a sudden they’ve forgotten how to respond.

Absolutely upset after amazing in store service the delivery came before the intended time and its not even the right order! And its damaged!! When I mentioned this to the delivery personnel they said all they can do is feedback to their employer as they are only here to deliver left the item and requested a signature. I couldn’t be more fuming!! After all the excitement this happens… having now spoken to customer services I honestly have zero faith in getting my correct order let alone my money back as the woman started talking about a discount! Like hun i want what i ordered not a discount!! Said she would do a call back at 1700 and didn’t! Being the active person i am I attempted to call her back myself instead of waiting and low and behold the lines are closed!! Why am i not surprised! Fobbed off disappointed and disgusted is an understatement. Absolute shambles

Absolutely professional staff, was treated like a person when asking questions wasn’t made to feel stupid or confused when asking technical questions! Really happy with our new sofa! Definitely highly recommend!! Credit is definitely due to higher management as they have amazing staff so upbeat, friendly and welcoming! Thanks once again
