After BA knackered a "tough trunk" I figured it was time to invest in something more than another £25 trunk with the amount of hardware I carry for Live Streaming and Video Production (clang). I was looking at Peli cases but then FB showed me an advert for Solent Plastics. Similar spec to an equivalent Peli case but at a FAR better price!
I ordered on Thursday and got an email saying "It'll arrive Monday" so imagine my surprise to receive it on Saturday! Bonus.

Excellent product highly recommend the 45l container with wheels. Added an unexpected bonus were the two scoops. I am using for dog food as I have a very greedy dog and needed a container that locks but is moveable. Customer service excellent although it would have been nice to just pay and order online however don’t be discouraged by this! Thank you so much we will be ordering more for our home!

I was looking for some boxes for my van and for home. They had a really good selection of the Euro Containers. Unfortunately one was out of stock, but Matt was extremely helpful to find a suitable replacement. Natasha was also very friendly when arranging payment and delivery.

Order placed on Friday and was told delivery would be Wednesday or Thursday.... But it came the next day via DPD. 👍

My initial order by phone was taken by a very helpful and pleasant lady and it arrive exactly when I was told it would. Unfortunately one of the items was damaged and when I phoned to let them know, the gentleman who took my call was again very helpful and said he would arrange a replacement, which arrive the next day.
If only other companies had customer service like this shopping would be a much more pleasant experience.
