I have contacted this company on numerous occasions. I think they answered the phone once. Promised a call back which never happened. Since then, I have already sorted out a whole new solution. Very unfortunate or fortunate for me? Especially when you’re looking to spend around £5,000. The lack of communication soon changed that!

Bought an instrument privately and needed to do do some repairs. The manufacture put me on to Sound Technology as their UK distributor.
Dropped them an email and had a response back in a few hours, ever so helpful with part number and items required. Order placed, paid for, spares delivered no problems.
In all my years fixing instruments these are at the top for support and customer service.

This is not an honest company. I bought B-Stock AKG K702 headphones from a retailer they supplied. The headphones were not only second hand, they were damaged. The damage was well hidden, so I didn’t discover it until after the warranty had expired.

I have requested spare parts for a dbx 676 as they are official dealer for dbx in the UK. yet no one ever replies . I have tried dbx pro also . No one ever replies . I would think twice about buying dbx again as no hardware or parts support . Simply do not care . Be warned !
