Ordered a kit all went fine. Had a email sorry this item been discontinued no help whatsoever from the staff seems like they just couldn’t be bothered. Just couldn’t be bothered to listen to proper information and kept wanting more money for a product. It’s gone downhill since the last CEO. The last people left. I don’t know how we company like this is still going and it’s not the first time it’s about that for fifth time they’ve messed me about, some stuff missing they don’t care they could’ve easily just says okay we’ve got the equipment you need. Does it mind if it comes in a box or a bag? But we can make up a new one of that kit because you’ve paid and it’s alright to have the stuff you paid for try charging me extra then says are you can wait till the 15th and we could get one to you? No thanks don’t care what the first lady should’ve done and actually says okay we’ll make this kit up but does it matter if it comes in a box or a bag or can we just do a clear bag because we don’t have boxes or bags free to go round houses with loads of emails phone calls I’m definitely not going back to this company ever again gone downhill big time they used to have great amazing bags no problems with them now extra glue in places where shouldn’t be don’t look right too small you can’t get enough cat what you need seems like we’re going back to the 40s 50s ambulances maybe even before that because you can’t get enough care what you need in any of them bags just disgusting

Poor service, missing items
Awful. Previously good service from this company turned disastrous. Items appear on the website, but actually aren't in stock or have been discontinued. Staff can't be bothered to update the website. Two large orders eventually refunded after compla ints, the attitude being they would keep our companies money and send out the order "in a few months" if it becomes available. On the few items I did receive, took a very long time to arrive and this was blamed on the courier, however when the box arrived, underneath the address label was another address label that was incorrect.
When raised a complaint and asked to speak to a manager, had an email back saying that I should expect delays "as there is a war on".
Eventually received refunds. Would strongly advise caution when using this company, there are so many other excellent services out there, had the customer service been better, our company can overlook minor delays.

For more than two decades I have known SP as the go-to supplier of prehospital equipment, uniform and consumables. Knowing them from the viewpoint of Voluntary sector, own purchases and an extremely large Government agency SPs availability, stock holding and delivery have always been excellent. My office no longer has the famous SP book on the shelf but the E-catalogue is on my desktop. Never let me down, when others have- they have a helpful human presence on the phone as well as an easy online ordering process. Can you buy with confidence from SP ? Yes. There's lots to worry about in this climate: delivery, on time, of the right kit at a fair price comes as standard.

Frequently order supplies online and they are always delivered earlier than expected. Fantastic range of products, with great quality at excellent prices. Whenever I have had contact with their staff, they have always been extremly helpful and knoledgeable about all the products sold. I have had to wait a couple of times for out of stock products to come back in however this is normally only a couple of days max. Would reccomend them to anyone.
