After leaving a London SpaceNK not feeling confident in the colour matching advice given by the staff, I was far more impressed with the Market Harborough staff. One staff member was very patient with me testing out various concealer shades at the staff makeup desk. Then a lovely ginger-haired lady spent time colour matching me for a foundation and let me play around with concealers before offering me samples to take home. Have been here several times, always met with some very rude assistants. This branch could really do with some customer service training. Apart from lady, dark hair, black dress - very polite, the others let you down.

Took my mum to market harborough for a lovely afternoon out she wanted some lipsticks. Went into store and the service was terrible 3 staff stood around chatting to each other with no acknowledgment to us. When we asked for help with a shade of lipstick we were told no we don’t have that colour try another brand. The girl then started to look for a lipstick for us to then ignore us and start rearranging the shelves and carry on chatting to her colleagues. At that point we left and they didn’t even notice we left. Will not be returning

I visited the Market Harborough store today at approx. 1.15pm looking for a birthday gift and spent 5 - 10 mins inside the store and apart from one member of staff serving, the other two stood on the shop floor discussing their next social outing and wanting to choose a restaurant that was 'sophisticated' and not twee! Neither of the two women came up to offer any help or advice so I put the Dyptique products back on the shelf and walked out!

Have frequented this store lots of times in the past, but never met beauty assistant Faye before. Faye was an absolute star from start to finish, and is a real credit to the MH branch. Well-rounded knowledge, genuine advice and such gracious patience. Clearly, had a passion for the products and her role. Cannot thank her enough, for making my mums birthday extra special, and picking out truly cult products. Faye impressed my sister and mum alike. There was nothing intrusive or pushy about her attitude, which you sometimes can get with beauty sales assistants. Management made a great choice, having Faye reflect their ethos and values on the shop-floor. We all agreed we would only come back again, to shop with Faye, and if we had more time there was still lots of different products and skin issues, we had to discuss! Pleasant experience.

Went to Space NK today for a new light creamy blusher not really knowing what to choose. Not sure of the guy's name but was so helpful and really knew his stuff. Came home with a really nice Laura Mercia blusher. First rate service.

Visited the store Friday afternoon after looking for something for dry skin and something to help bring down the redness of rosacea. The ladies knew exactly what to recommend and advised how and when to use!

Spoke with members of the team including the manager and the service and friendliness from all was 10/10.
