I went with two friends on Friday to have a makeup lesson with Dee (hope I got her name right!) We are all very different and yet Dee managed to select products for us all and talked us through what they were, how to apply etc. Absolutely lovely experience. What Dee doesn’t know about products you don’t need to know, she’s brilliant.

I recently visited Space NK in Marlborough to find a new foundation and concealer in my shade. Having never been to a Space NK before, I was a little nervous that the experience might be overwhelming—but it couldn’t have been more enjoyable!

From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed by Helen, who went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. She took the time to help me find my perfect shades, asking thoughtful questions to understand my needs and even suggesting other makeup products I might like to try. Her attentiveness and genuine enthusiasm made the entire experience feel personal and unrushed.

As someone with limited makeup knowledge, I really appreciated Helen’s expertise and patience. She explained everything so clearly that I never once felt lost or confused. Thanks to her guidance, I now feel much more confident in my makeup choices and application.

The level of service I received was outstanding, and I’m truly grateful for the time and care Helen dedicated to helping me. I’ll definitely be returning to this store in the future. Thank you for such a brilliant experience!

I have been in a Space NK shop before, but popped in quickly on Sunday. I was approached by Rosie as i was browsing intially and then approached her and asked for help I explained I had had a reaction to another face cream not purchased from Space NK. Rosie was amazing so helpful and I will definitely be back again. Thank you so much Rosie your helpful advice and kindness was greatly appreciated and I hope to visit again soon.

I was extremely nervous to get colour matched for foundation for the first time post gender-transition. Kyra (I hope I have their name right!) and their team were friendly, sensitive and so personable, helping me find the perfect foundation to try.

I was made to feel welcome, the team were interested in my journey, sensitive to my needs and I didn't once feel under any pressure to buy anything. I will absolutely be back, thank you very much to everyone for a great experience!

I could not recommend this shop enough, Bee is incredible, so kind, and very welcoming - she was unable to help me on the day but I have since sorted the issue by following her advice. I do not know the name of the other lovely lady working on Sunday of the bank holiday but thank you! You made our day, Kyra was also so helpful when I rang with a few more questions! - thank you so much, Chantecaille is my new fave brand! Xx

Travelled nearly 50 mins in the car especially to visit this store because of its product range and cleanly store. However today will be my last visit. I went in and was asked if I'd like help I initially declined and then approached a member of staff for help. I am not sure my explanation does it justice but the look I was given by this lady. She made the whole interaction feel very uncomfortable and I felt like she was watching me. In hindsight I wish I had never made the purchase because I was made to feel soo uncomfortable by this particular member of staff. I will say I witnessed beautiful service given to my friend by a lady called Annabell (this lady checked out my item too) however it's a shame about her colleague. May have just been a bad day but the product costs are soo high in that shop I don't shop there to be made to feel like I shouldn't even be in there in the first place

It seems I had a similar experience to the other reviewer whose friend was accused of shoplifting. I wasn't accused, but I was very obviously trailed and watched by one of the assistants as I walked around the shop, even after I'd said I was only browsing. Not a relaxing shopping experience and not one I'll repeat.
