Brilliant service from the start with Ed after solving payment issues and organising prompt delivery in 48 hours .Also my sister was there for the delivery of my 91 year olds fridge and said the delivery was trouble free . She also said they were helpful when asked questions. All in all great service and a relief that my stepfather s fridge problem was solved so quickly. Thankyou Mr Martin Barrett

We needed a new Fridge Freezer urgently. The assistant helpfully identified a model that suited our needs. Unfortunately it could not be delivered for 5 days . I was able to source the same model from Marsh's in Sherborne who adjusted their delivery schedule to deliver the following day.

UPDATE: LGF2Y509WBLN1 washing machine. LG NOW HAVE STOCK AT A BETTER PRICE THAN SPARKWORLD!
Did me a favour in the long run, as LG now have stock and I've secured one for delivery on 13/05/24 at a much better price, due to an offer & a further 5% by joining up! 🙂 🙂 🙂

Very poor service! I ordered a washing machine, the website accepted the order and was showing stock. A delivery date was arranged, but a couple of days later I had a phone call from them saying they are awaiting a delivery from LG and the machine would be an additional 1-2 weeks, but not guaranteed? I won't be recommending or ordering from them again, as this is a typical 'box shifting' strategy to secure orders. Be warned!
