I contacted Sparkworld to inquire about a price match on a Liebherr freezer, but unfortunately, they couldn't match the price because the price match retailer doesn't deliver to my area. However, Sparkworld exceeded expectations by exploring the possibility of providing the freezer at a more competitive price. They offered the freezer at a lower price than the price match, and it included delivery.

Did me a favour in the long run, as LG now have stock and I've secured one for delivery on 13/05/24 at a much better price, due to an offer & a further 5% by joining up! 🙂 🙂 🙂

Very poor service! I ordered a washing machine, the website accepted the order and was showing stock. A delivery date was arranged, but a couple of days later I had a phone call from them saying they are awaiting a delivery from LG and the machine would be an additional 1-2 weeks, but not guaranteed? I won't be recommending or ordering from them again, as this is a typical 'box shifting' strategy to secure orders. Be warned!

A good experience with Sparkworld from start to finish. Initial negotiation with the company owner to get a large freestanding fridge and freezer delivered to deepest, darkest South Devon and a couple of old freezers that were eating electricity, as it turns out, removed at the same time. Great service at the best price I was able to find from a relatively local company. With a price match that was not required and free delivery down here, I could not have done better.

We bought all our appliances from SparkWorld at Newton Abbot, the service was fabulous, the salesman price matched so we saved money, the delivery men went above and beyond getting everything in to our house which is not near a road, the applainces were large and heavy but they took great trouble to make sure everything got in and where it should be without getting scratched etc.
I can't fault the service at any stage, even had someone come out and sort out a leak from the fridge within a couple of hours of calling in with the problem

Good showroom with plenty of appliances on display. Prices pretty much the same as the big online brands, but you can see what you're getting. We didn't feel pressured by the staff and were left to browse, but when we wanted help the chap who approached us was helpful and knowledgeable - we ended up spending less than we thought we'd have to to get the features we wanted. They provided free delivery within a couple of days - and the delivery was excellent, with a time slot provided on the day. So we were very happy, and I recommend anyone takes the time to visit them before just ordering online from the "Anonymous Option", we were glad we did.

Non existent customer service!
Was quoted a price for a stoves range cooker! They got it wrong and was on their system wrong and they would not honour the price quoted!
Do not go to this store they are Robin hoods!

A really well stocked and well laid out show room at Heathfield, Newton Abbot with knowledgeable, helpful staff. So useful to talk to someone about the pros and cons of different appliances and choose the most appropriate one for us, which you can’t easily do online. Once ordered, the appliance was delivered to us free of charge and installed for £20 the following day by a friendly, efficient team.
The whole process was simple and efficient and I would highly recommend Sparkworld.
