After browsing the Specialized Levo range on Chester's website, I got a cheeky email from Joel, he was super friendly and helpful. We spoke about what I was after and Joel arranged an absolute bargain of a purchase for me.
Buying process was smooth, the mechanic called me during the build with some advice which was excellent, the bike was delivered soon after and I've finally taken it for a ride, I couldn't be happier.

An excellent telephone experience. I needed a couple of bolts, easy enough to find something similar online but you never know whether it's the right thing, the quality is up to scratch etc. So I called on the off chance the dealer might have what I needed. Spoke with a great guy (Jack), he took the time listening to me (poorly) explain what I thought I needed, he couldn't find the replacements at the time and said he'd see what he could do and told me to call back the next day. I did so and he delivered. "Online" has taken so much away from physical stores and I'm as guilty as everyone else, but service like this is a timely reminder sometimes you just need to speak with someone in-store that knows what they're taking about and will take the time to help. Excellent service

Had reason to visit your Chester store along with my Vado5.SL bike…travelled 35 miles to get there, & I’m so glad I did…a lovely warm welcome & great service from Jack Martindale-Foley (named on receipt) & his workshop colleague, Aaron, both so pleasant & very professional. I don’t know the area, so appreciated the coffee shop tip & directions to the canal. They are an asset to your company & I wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend in the future. Thanks lads👍

Late writing this as always. Anyway my wife and I dropped off our bikes in the morning for their first service under warranty. They were done by early afternoon. So most decent dealers can do this I guess. Except here its the way you are dealt with which tops it all. My bike is not particularly standard. And I didnt buy it through them. Having said that I felt guilty and bought my wife's bike from them. This was the 1st service for both our bikes. And I actually said I expected to pay for mine. But they wouldnt take any money. But as I said its not about that. We were treated like we mattered. And the tech really knows his stuff too. The other thing is we both thought our bikes rode fine before we took them in for service. How wrong we were. I use mine everyday and after 3mths it still rides sweetly. Highly recommended.

Just recently got a Specialized Diverge E5 gravel bike on C2W scheme from here and the process from start to finish was excellent.

First visit was to have alook at bike I wanted and see what size and glad i did as I would just of ordered a size 58 and Alex advised 56.

Got bike yesterday (sorry didnt get the persons name who i dealt with but was very helpful) added some accessories bottle cage water bottle etc. Straight out on it and the quality off the bike compared to my Dawes hybrid is unbelievable.

Was worth the 2 hour round trip from Southport.

A really great experience today, Chris the guy who dealt with me went above and beyond to find a spare part for my old Rock Hopper. The store was well laid out with a great selection of bikes, I spoke to a couple of the guys whilst waiting and they all seemed genuinely engaged and helpful. I will definitely be back when I upgrade. 👍
