I'm one of the lucky few, who have good vision. But it's always wise to take an eye test once a year. The modern equipment to test your eyes, giving you a total holistic understanding of your vision, great piece of mind, understand your needs. All the staff, on the day, I had an appointment, was very polite, friendly and they did not push me to buy new glasses. I know I'll be back in a years time, for another review. Keep up the excellent work

The whole experience at Altrincham branch was excellent from start to finish on both visits. Every staff member was friendly, professional & attentive with full explanations at every stage. Chloe was particularly helpful when it came to choosing my new frames & her I put was invaluable. I'm thrilled with my new look, thank you Chloe?
I would highly recommend to family & friends!

I have had an old pair of lenses /frame from this store sometime ago which becomes worn out and uncomfortable, and I have a back up frame which are identical. I turned up without an appointment and asked if my current lenses can be moved to the back up frame. Annie greeted me and sorted it out form swiftly even the lenses “stuck” onto the old frame, all without any charge or intention for any sales. Much appreciated, Annie. And will call again properly for sure.

Avoid this store. Very pushy on the sales after the eye test. I had told the sales person I didn’t want to pay for upgraded lenses but on checking my precious glasses on the system he said as I had them last time I’d have to this. What’s not said to you in store is you cannot amend you order either - very dodgy practice and not what I’ve experienced elsewhere.

My eye test was done very professionally but every step afterwards was not a good experience. I was pressured into buying two pairs of glasses that I do not even like as the member of staff kept telling me I did not suit every single other pair of glasses I picked up. I've never felt so pressured and rushed.

Been with the store since opened but last couple years the service has gone bad. Staff arrogant bordering on rude not the friendly attitude been used too in past, iv seen similar reviews on here and trustpilot with the response please contact us on social media? Why on earth would you ask a patient/customer to use social media to discuss an issue with them or the service?

Booked a contact lens appointment. Called them said I’ll be 10 mins late. They said that’s fine as long as your within 15 minutes of your appointment time. Arrived 8 mins late. Man at the desk said “do you know you’re 8 minutes late” I replied yes, he said well it looks like we are not going to be able to see you today. I walked out the store because he attitude is awful. Do not go there unless you want to be spoken to like a child.

If I could give a zero I would. After 4 visits finally took away my new glasses. Was told would take 4 to 20 days for my vision to adjust to the new lenses. Well after 4 days of feeling like I have significantly limited vision, headaches and pinching at the back of my ears I've given up. Extremely annoyed and will be submitting a formal complaint.
