Love this place, the new B&M opening is literally fantastic, it has everything you can need! It has a variety of shops but sometimes the security can be a little distracted, in my opinion more security should be hired for outside the premises and some more inside because lots of robberies have been happening and they haven’t done anything about it. Whenever I go past boots it’s always somebody robbing and the security are just acting like nothing happens. However, this place is lovely, more shops should be opened and more lights.

the toilets are grim and its fairly new that they created and its horrible theres no air to breathe in. Please i am genuinely horrified by this and i cant believe am saying this but Rochdale have better indoor toilets.

It's a shame it's gone to rack and ruin a majority of shops closed it was going to be made into and indoor market (never happened).
Then it was going to be taken over by the council offices who apparently bought it but never looked at all the work that need doing to the roofs and cost (another one of the expensive cost to us the tax payer).
It could have been so nice then upward cost of units stock etc made stores close down.
No financial help from the council.

Empty shops, and who's ever heard of council officer's in town shopping center. Surely if rents where lowered there wouldn't be as many empty shops

This Shopping Centre is okay it has quite a few closed down shops upper mall is currently in refurbishment the underground car parks is currently closed due to works. The Toilets however are shocking you have to go through some double doors and then down a flight of stairs and in one of the cubicles there was a blocked toilet with no sign.
It needs a major revamp

It's a shopping centre, and as they go it wasn't too bad. Looks a bit dated inside, but then these places look dated from new. So yes, overall it is on balance more Spindles than Bobbins. It was probably built on the site of something much more impressive....

Please hire a cleaner. I've only been here twice but I'm permanently traumatized by the toilets, both times I've been I've left wanting to have a shower and cry. There's poo all over the floor by the sink, on the cubicle walls and worst of all on all the door handles. The rest of the shopping centre is fine but please clean the toilets they're the most disgusting loos I've ever seen. If you're cleaners aren't willing to do it give me fifty quid and a mop, I'll do it for you
