Both my original 2016 Volvo V40 Cross Country front springs broke in exactly the same place with less than 28,000 miles on the car.(poor materials).
Springcoil made me two new ones with the correct materials in them for flexibility and to standard specification using my broken springs in five weeks and they have transformed the ride of the car,
The initial jolt from the front when hitting a bump or pot hole has gone, the springs now absorb the bumps.
I recommend Springcoil, in fact, I think I’ll get the rear ones done now.

My recent experience of this company was first class. The springs for my rare Toyota were no longer available from the manufacturer or aftermarket. I found Spring Coil online and what they manufactured was absolutely perfect. The car sits at the correct height and rides as good as new. It was great to be able to support a UK manufacturer in some small way and in my opinion they don't charge enough!

Spoke to springcoil requesting a pair of springs for the rear of my classic car, request was to lift rear ride height by 40mm and uprated springs from 180-200lbs to 200-220lbs. My sample springs was sent for testing at springcoil. Due to covid pandemic took a little longer to be made than springcoils estimated production target, when the new springs arrived what can I say absolutely perfect fit, spot on ride height, lbs rating bang on.

A seriously bad experience!

In November 2020 I contacted Springcoil to make two springs from a pattern which I sent them. My instructions were quite specific, I wanted the replacements to be 2 inches longer than the sample sent to them. I was promised that the springs would be put in the queue to be made before Christmas. I was also told, on the 24th. November that once the springs had been assessed someone would be in touch to confirm details, this never happened.

Following more emails and phone calls, the springs eventually arrived on the 2nd of March, well I suppose that it is before Christmas 2021. I had asked for the new springs to be 2 inches longer in an email which could have been understood by a five year old. When I unpacked them, they were only one inch longer.

I rang Springcoil and the person I spoke to was argumentative and sarcastic. He told me that I obviously knew more about springs than he did and that by adding one inch to the spring, the car would ride 2 inches higher. How this happens is a total mystery. I told him, originally, that the spring was not off my car, but a pattern for the exact size I wanted apart from the length. So making the new ones one inch taller would not raise the car by 2 inches because the sample was not off the car.

He was totally inflexible and eventually told me that someone would ring back ... nobody did.

I rang again and spoke to the person from the workshop who had made the springs. He told me that the order was scribbled on a scrap of paper and that was all he had to work from. He told me to post the springs back, at my expense, and he would stretch them.

So, I have paid for a pair of springs which were incorrectly made and what I shall eventually have is a second-hand pair which have been bodged.

Customer service is obviously not a priority and actually listening to a customer's requirements is way beneath them.

What a poor service.
I enquired about raised suspension and they said they could make some springs with a 3" rise. They said my springs would be completed in 6/8 weeks. After almost 4 months I still didn't have any springs. I was then given some excuses and also quite a few emails had been ignored. I was then emailed to say the springs had been finished but there wasn't any difference in height 🤷‍♂️ When I asked about payment my emails were not replied too. What a terrible service and an utter let down.
Excuse after excuse and ignorant isn't the word.

Called in to enquiry about adjusting or remaking my car springs to level out the vehicle, they were able to adjust them within a few days a returned them looking like new springs, great service, friendly, and good value.

I Ordered some springs for my bmw e36 coupe about a year ago which were not available anymore as their motorsport springs
Sent one to copy off they were very reasonably price d and just the job put them on dec 23 ..the guys
were very helpful and polite in getting my order right
Will order again from here if required

I cannot recommend this company enough, I had issues with an aftermarket product in which the company I purchased from were unable to help. I got in contact with these guys and they went above and beyond for me. They rectified my issue and gave what a good company should - great product quality service and great customer service. They have banks of experience in the automotive and motorsport industry and yeah, go to these guys, you will not be disappointed, I will be returning to them in future.
