This is the second replacement canopy we have had from Springs and Canopies, the swing seat frame is in good condition for it's age but needed a new canopy and also a new cover for the seat, they arrived quickly and are now in place and couldn't be happier, both a perfect fit.

Very disappointed not the quality of the original B&Q canopy cover, both ends have velcro straps instead of proper stitching, when it's very windy the corners come off, if it was stitched it wouldn't. A penny pinching exercise gone wrong. You've replied saying I ordered the wrong one? I have the order details from Amazon and I ordered the size you stated, I've been on Amazon and it states velcro straps? I can't fined the stitched one's? Not in this colour.

DO NOT BUY OFF THESE GUYS! Most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Sent me the wrong item when I returned it they took over 2 weeks to give me a refund. They constantly lied to me and were very unhelpful. Do not buy from them.

We have been watching the stock on a replacement canopy for a year now and were so pleased to see the stock had arrived just in time for some sunshine.
We had already measured our frame, so knew exactly what size to get - it isn't rocket science to measure and Swings & Canopies have made it so easy!
We ordered a new canopy it arrived within two days and was fitted within 5 minutes!

Perfect fit, perfect colour, perfect material. Perfect service!!

Despite the negative comments here, I decided to order from this company. I have to say the service was excellent, the canopy cover fit like a glove and is good quality, the owner Trish, was very helpful confirming my size (unavailable anywhere else) was in stock, next day dispatch and delivery 72 hours later (weekend).

The only thing I could criticise is that I wasn't sent tracking details, but a minor point. Thanks very much, definitely recommend from my experience.

Shocking customer service!! Sent a few emails now trying to get in touch, as they don't take phone calls and I have had no reply! We received the wrong colour canopy and trying to arrange for the correct colour to be sent, but no reply at all from the company. I am not paying the postage to send it back to them as a return, as it's the companies error. Will end up having to do a claim through my credit card company to get our money back! Wont be using you again.

The Canopy arrived in a fantastic timescale, It was more expensive than many, but the cheap ones all had bad reviews, this was the only site which offered my exact measurements as standard, so I took a leap of faith and it paid off, the canopy is a perfect fit in all respects. I think it is true to say you must measure before ordering in order to get a good fit. Would definitely recommend and buy again, the quality is good, so should last for a good while.

I've ordered replacement canopy for my B&Q Colorado swing bench. My questions before purchase have been answered in couple of hours, order has arrived within two days and fits perfectly. Its raining for a few days already and so far no leakage or fabric deformation. I'm totally happy with my purchase.
