Every time I go to St Anne's .I come here they do the best sandwich fillings. And so much more. Amazing service can not do another for you . Why always so busy.

I had an appalling experience with St Anne's Fine Foods and would strongly advise others to steer clear. We ordered a coronation chicken sandwich along with some sides, including meatball pasta. To our disbelief, they stacked all the sides onto the sandwich. Who in their right mind would do that?

When we called to complain, we were met with complete indifference. To our surprise, the rude man on the phone turned out to be the owner! He claimed that’s how the order comes through from Just Eat, effectively washing his hands of any responsibility. Instead of resolving the issue, he told us to contact Just Eat to fix his menu. Seriously? A complete lack of customer service and an unwillingness to own their mistakes.

Save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere—this place doesn’t deserve your time or money.

I usually love this place, especially their soups! However, the one downside is the consistently unfriendly service. Unfortunately, today wasn’t the first time I left feeling as though I was being looked down on. There’s something about the way you're made to feel like an inconvenience just for ordering. It felt like I was holding them up simply by making my order. I ended up paying without getting everything I initially wanted. If the staff was quicker the lady behind me who ordered after me wouldn't have got the last 2 soups.

It’s not my fault if your memory can’t recall what was ordered and you have to ask ‘anything else’ over and over.

I’m nothing but polite when I come in. Given the number of reviews mentioning poor customer service, it’s clear I’m not alone in this experience. I understand it’s not easy standing on your feet for hours, but I hope this feedback encourages a friendlier attitude in the future. TIA

1/2 cooked Chicken with maggots yes with maggots. Returned it & all HE could say is ,sorry about that would you like a free sandwich. Avoid avoid avoid.i do every day I walk past.

Don't know what is going on but orderd a ham salad and when I opens it they was only one slice of the thinnest ham known to man, then a quarter of a piece on the other side, so one and a quarter pieces in total, stingy that, never use ne like that there, that I wil find another gem now, price you pay you would expect to atleast taste the ham

I came here a few months ago and the staff were rude when I was looking to order a sandwich, ended up leaving and going elsewhere. Decided to give it another go today thinking it may have been that particular staff member and the customer service was still awful. The server was rude despite me asking him politely for a cardboard tray to protect my eggs.

He was argumentative and needs customer service training, would go as far to say that many of them need it, including the old blonde woman.

There is no hygiene standards as he served me raw bacon, sausages and was touching cooked food.

Would recommend going to Gigli for your bacon and sausages. Much better service, hygienic and good quality.

Looking at other reviews, there seems to be a pattern of rude customer service

If eggs are put in cardboard every time maybe you need to train your staff as my purchase was not packaged correctly.

In regards to my hidden agenda in regards to staff? What would that be and what would I gain from it? Surely you as a business should apologise for the poor customer service I received and look to rectify the issues many people are raising on here. Going off other reviews on here I'm not the only one who has experienced rude customer service.

We bought trays of sandwiches fir our Coronation party. They were delicious. Lovely fresh soft bread, really tasty fillings. You can tell it’s top quality produce used.
Will definitely recommend and order again.

Fantastic find in St Annes-on-the-Sea. Very busy little spot. Friendly service. Had a gorgeous proper pork pie with plenty of jelly, and a freshly made roast beef roll with salad. Absolutely delicious!
