Toby and his team at St.Giles Furniture designed and fitted a media wall for us and also coat area in the hallway. The craftsmanship and quality is just excellent and all was delivered as planned. Very professional service, responsive and very reliable. I also appreciated help with organizing an electrician so that everything could be completed as agreed. Would highly recommend.

We have worked with St Giles Furniture since moving into our new home. The house was literally 'new' so essentially a shell without cabinetry, wardrobes etc. Toby and his team worked with us to come up with a concept and design that works perfectly with both the house and it's locale. In fact so much did we work with St Giles that almost every room now has a significant piece of St Giles Furniture cabinetry in it - from panelling in the entrance hall, to a feature bar, kitting out a study to wardrobes and cabinets in the bedrooms and radiator covers throughout the house. Being a unique design and custom built, we were nervous about things going wrong but Toby talked us through everything and his team were highly professional on site. We love what we now have!

Absolutely diabolical experience engaging with this company.

I visited the shop 8 weeks ago for a quote for a small cabinet job, and was advised that ‘we don’t work with customers directly’, please get your builder to call us.
The builder phoned left the measurements, then radio silence
Builder followed-up was told the quote was sent
No quote received, no contact at all
Then phoned up to complain and Tilly, the managing director spent 5 minutes obstructing who the owner was, until Trading Standards and Companies House were mentioned.
The owner, Toby it turns out is her father, calls and then persistently interrupts the complaint tells me it is a different company I am thinking of, (there is no company).
Then states ‘I CAN STICK IT UP MY ARSE AND HUNG UP.’
They are not that posh or professional…..
DO NOT USE, any error will be your fault….

Fantastic quality kitchen and joinery. Hard to beat, even when compared to the household names. Genuinely bespoke workmanship. Excellent knowledgeable service and advice. Would highly recommend and have done so many times over the years. Toby is fantastic and always very helpful.
