I was text to say I required a basic blood test.
I phoned to make an appointment and was informed I had to have it checked at the hospital as they have stopped taking blood at the surgery. I also had to collect a blood test form from the surgery then travel to the hospital. In all it took me over 3 hrs plus £3.00 parking.
I have family living in Leeds and Bradford registered at other surgeries who can’t believe how bad the service is at Cleckheaton Group Practice. They can get appointment's with their GP within 48hrs and always see a nurse for a blood test.
I have also filled in a family and friends form which requires you to put your age on the form. Unfortunately no one checked the form as it hasn’t got an age range from 66 to 75. Obviously too busy to check the form.

Unfortunately after today I am very disappointed in the doctors. Seem to never want to see face time face, then the doctor doesn’t ring back when they say they will. Then when ring back in queue it cuts off your phone call when you get to two twice!!! Then they send the prescription to wrong pharmacy and the staff are more bothered about closing locking doors while trying to ask for help!! What happened to caring.

Been waiting on the phone to make a appointment and been number 1 in the cue for 30 mins (appointment line so shouldn't be long ) still waiting trying to get a appointment in this place is a joke

Gone down hill, we are never told of any changes, like with the merger with another practice, for I hope I never to get to see the Dr's for I know how bad they are.
