The shop itself is useful, however, one staff member seems to always have a problem with me and my friends. We sit behind this shop to relax however one of the staff members seems to come out and complain at us when we do no harm to the shop or the staff. On one occasion this staff member said my friend was, quote, "being an arse" and recently threatened to charge my friend for putting his bike next to the bins. It was in nobody's way and was kept there to prevent it being stolen again as it has been in the past. Me and my friends meant no harm and we moved the bike immediately. But we would've appreciated a more polite way of asking to move the bike.
